1. Nature of Service
Quiet Counsel provides one-on-one, clarity-focused sessions intended to support reflection and clearer thinking. These sessions are not therapy, counselling, coaching, or professional advice of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book and participate in a session.
3. Booking and Payment
Sessions are scheduled through an online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Rescheduling or cancellation may be done through the booking link provided at the time of confirmation.
- Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the session may be eligible for a partial refund, as outlined at the time of booking.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
5. Session Conduct
Sessions are intended to be respectful, thoughtful, and focused. Quiet Counsel reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if the interaction becomes inappropriate, abusive, or outside the intended scope.
6. Confidentiality
All conversations are treated with discretion. However, confidentiality may be limited in situations where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Quiet Counsel does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Each session is a reflective process, and any decisions or actions taken remain the responsibility of the individual.
8. Limitation of Liability
Quiet Counsel is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of this service.

All content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
10. Use of Service
By providing your contact details, you consent to receive essential communication related to your booking and, where applicable, occasional updates, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Service
