Refund, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time using the booking link provided at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations
✓ Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session are eligible for a full refund.
✓ Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session are eligible for a 50% refund.
✓ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions, are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
Refunds are not applicable once a session has been completed, except in case of first session when requested withing 24 hours of session completion or under exceptional circumstances which would be at the sole discretion of Quiet Counsel.
Session Concerns
If you feel that the session did not meet your expectations, you may write to us within 24 hours of the session. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
