Quiet Counsel

Session Guidelines

Quiet Counsel offers a calm and confidential space to think through situations with clarity. The following guidelines are intended to help you understand how these conversations work.

What This Is

A Quiet Counsel session is a one-on-one conversation designed to help you reflect, organise your thoughts, and arrive at clearer understanding.

The focus is not on giving advice or solutions, but on creating a space where you can think more clearly about what matters to you.

What This Is Not

Quiet Counsel is not therapy, coaching, or professional advisory. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological treatment or recommendations. If you are seeking specialised or clinical support, it may be helpful to consult a qualified professional.

Confidentiality

All conversations are treated with discretion. However, confidentiality may be limited in situations where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

Session Format

Sessions are conducted online and are typically 60 minutes in duration. Each session is a focused, uninterrupted conversation.

Communication Boundaries

Quiet Counsel does not offer ongoing or informal communication outside scheduled sessions. All interactions take place within the session itself.

Clarity Over Advice

The role of Quiet Counsel is not to tell you what to do, but to help you see your situation more clearly. Any decisions remain entirely your own.

Fit

This format works best for individuals who are open to reflection and are seeking clarity rather than direct advice or instructions.
